Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and rebuild the Special Services division (post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpet, disinfection, remediation, etc.)

  • Oversee scheduling, service quality, and team performance

  • Drive revenue through service development and sales

  • Train, coach, and retain high-performing field teams

  • Collaborate with other departments and manage customer satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and margin control

  • Handle escalations and customer complaints

  • Meet sales and operational goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leadership experience in a service-related field (janitorial or building maintenance preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile apps

  • Ability to lead teams across multiple job sites

  • Valid driver s license and clean background

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
