Responsibilities:
Lead and rebuild the Special Services division (post-construction cleaning, floor care, carpet, disinfection, remediation, etc.)
Oversee scheduling, service quality, and team performance
Drive revenue through service development and sales
Train, coach, and retain high-performing field teams
Collaborate with other departments and manage customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance, documentation, and margin control
Handle escalations and customer complaints
Meet sales and operational goals
Requirements:
5+ years leadership experience in a service-related field (janitorial or building maintenance preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile apps
Ability to lead teams across multiple job sites
Valid driver s license and clean background
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
