Location: Remote till contract then relocation to Bentoville after converting fulltime

Overview:

The client is seeking three Senior Product Managers to join immediately. This team is building a unified product model streamlined by AI to accelerate delivery, define best practices, and embed modern product operations. Candidates must bring deep experience in product operations, requirement definition, and agile execution ideally with a strong focus on AI tooling and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead product operations efforts across client's International portfolio
Collaborate with stakeholders to define intake processes, R&Rs, tooling, and delivery execution
Drive AI-first thinking into how product teams work envision, design, and operationalize AI copilots for PM workflows
Write detailed requirements, documentation, and Jira stories to support cross-functional teams
Bring structure and clarity to a transforming organization: roadmaps, processes, and best practices
Partner with teams to embed product ways of working and drive cultural change


Ideal Candidate Profile:
Thought leader in product and agile processes
Able to coach teams, define frameworks, and embed long-term process change
Comfortable in ambiguous, evolving environments
Strong track record of writing user stories, requirements, and running product ops at scale
Hands-on with AI applications
Has worked across enterprise-scale organizations or large, distributed product teams
Thick-skinned, collaborative, proactive

Required Skills & Tools:
AI-focused product mindset

3+ years in product management roles with an agile and enterprise focus
Strong with Jira, Confluence, and documentation best practices
Experience defining delivery processes and enabling cross-functional teams
CSPO certification preferred
