Job Details

Monitors and takes corrective actions to restore services in production operations within the following areas: Data Center Operations, Desktop Operations, Network Operations, Server and Storage Operations, Cloud Operations and LAN/ID Administration.
  • Monitors system and application dashboards for anomalies as defined by the assigned IT Service Area.
  • Understands and works on resolving problems in the areas monitored under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Operations Specialist.
  • Fulfills services from the Service Catalog of the area(s) supported (Desktop, Server, ID Management etc.).

Other Job Requirements

Responsibilities
Bachelor or Associates degree courses in Computer Science, Information Security, Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms.
