POSITION OVERVIEW:
Purely systems work here, metadata changes, mapping changes, migrating from test to Prod environment.
-Learn the application for 1 month
-Understand the user defined attributes for cost center setup
-Creation of meta data, document BAU (Business As Usual) planning, data mapping
Migration from test to production environment
They don't need someone very high-level.
Must be good communicators as this person will be sitting between the business and IT. They will be sitting side-by-side within the accounting team.
The client uses SAP Ledger and has Oracle as an enterprise planning tool. The specific modules they are utilizing within Oracle are FCCS (Financial consolidation close) and PBCS (planning budget analytics tool).
MUST HAVES:
Oracle HFM or BPC admin experience
Ideally target candidates who have experience with FCCS experience. If you are not able to find anyone with FCCS, look for candidates with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) which is the predecessor to FCCS. And if we aren't finding too many people with HFM, then look for SAP BPC (business planning consolidation) experience.
