Job Details

Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in Configuration Compliance, Vulnerability Management, Vulnerability Response, Service Catalogs, Flow Designers, Integrations, and Scripting. Experience with container vulnerability remediation is a plus.

You will collaborate with Service Integration and Management teams to implement ITSM practices, optimize processes, and ensure compliance using the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills:

Vulnerability Management, Integration, and CMDB
Advanced ServiceNow administration (Now Platform)
ITSM/Enterprise Service Management
Scripting (JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly)
Agile/SCRUM methodology experience
Strong communication skills (remote collaboration)
Knowledge of JavaScript/Angular/AngularJS

Desired Skills:

JavaScript coding (hands-on)
Relational databases, LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services

Certifications:

ServiceNow System Administration (required)
ServiceNow GRC Module (preferred)
ITIL Foundation (optional)
