UI React Frontend Developer

We have an immediate long-term contract opportunity for a UI React Frontend Developer to work in Columbus, OH.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and core principles.

  • Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS3 (Tailwind, SASS).

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end integration.

  • Experience with Redux/Zustand for state management and Jest for testing.

  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, NPM, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Understanding of accessibility standards, cloud deployment, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable React.js components.

  • Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams to deliver responsive, scalable applications.

  • Optimize front-end build pipelines and ensure operational stability.

  • Implement unit/integration tests and adhere to security best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js).

  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.

  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
