We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and relationship-oriented Business Development Specialist to help lead our expansion in the US.
Role Summary:
As the Business Development professional, you will be responsible for growing our footprint in the US by strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor across all levels of client organisations. You ll work closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and pre-sales to shape and execute account strategies, primarily in IT Consulting, staffing, managed services, and automation-driven consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with assigned clients, including a high-value strategic account based in the US.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on expanding wallet share, cross-selling services, and identifying unmet client needs.
- Prospect and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and selected new logos.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, from department managers to C-level executives.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction, project success, and contract compliance.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, QBRs, workshops, and networking engagements.
- Track revenue performance and pipeline growth; contribute to forecasts and reporting.
- Collaborate on proposal development and pricing within MSA parameters.
- Represent Pantheon s full range of services, including TaaS (Team as a Service), CaaS (Capacity as a Service), managed services, and consulting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client services within IT consulting, staffing, or managed services.
- Strong understanding of the IT services ecosystem: delivery models, staffing practices, and client expectations.
- Proven success in building and expanding client relationships in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience working with multinational clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for interacting with global teams and clients.
- Comfortable navigating enterprise sales cycles and working with global delivery teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Candidates must be open to travel (anywhere in the US).
