Currently Kellton Tech is looking for talented resources for one of our listed client. Below are the position details:

Position: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant to lead the deployment and integration of the Tenable Vulnerability Response (VR) product onto the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow s Security Operations module, experience with Tenable.sc or Tenable.io, and the ability to configure, customize, and operationalize the Tenable VR integration in alignment with organizational security and compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the deployment of the Tenable for Vulnerability Response integration onto ServiceNow Platform
  • Configure data ingestion pipelines to import vulnerabilities from Tenable.sc or Tenable.io into ServiceNow s VR module.
  • Customize and fine-tune the Vulnerability Response workflows, dashboards, reports, and ticketing logic based on customer requirements.
  • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC), business rules, and data policies to ensure secure and accurate data handling.
  • Collaborate with internal security, IT, and ServiceNow platform teams to ensure successful integration and minimal business disruption.
  • Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and provide documentation for ongoing operational support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the integration or platform performance.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and change management processes throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in Security Operations (SecOps) and Vulnerability Response modules.
  • Proven experience deploying and integrating Tenable.sc or Tenable.io with ServiceNow VR.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability management workflows, CVE/CVSS scoring, asset groups, and remediation processes.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM modules in ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification.

Preferred:

  • Tenable product experience (certifications or advanced configuration work).
  • Experience with ITIL processes and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS).
  • Exposure to other vulnerability scanners or integrations (Qualys, Rapid7) is a plus.
