Job Description:

Talent Groups is seeking a Marketing Communications Professional for a six month contract supporting one of our enterprise clients. This role functions as a marketing generalist responsible for managing full cycle marketing programs, executing demand generation initiatives, supporting partner marketing efforts, and contributing to global marketing activities across Europe and APAC.

We are looking for a strategic, hands on marketer with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience delivering B2B campaigns from concept through execution. Agriculture or industrial technology experience is a strong plus.

Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of marketing communications or marketing program experience
Strong demand generation background, ideally in a B2B industrial technology environment
Solid understanding of inbound marketing and digital marketing channels
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
Experience working across global teams or supporting international regions
Corporate marketing background preferred; agency experience also accepted
Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Nice to Have
Agriculture or ag tech marketing experience
Experience with Marketo (basic functional understanding is sufficient)
Familiarity with Knak for building marketing assets
Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools
