Responsibilities
- Act as the GIS single point of contact for assigned new deployments beginning with initial GIS conference call through go-live support.
- Collaborate with other technical services teams to build and configure new environments.
- Train public safety agency staff on administration of the GIS system and adapt custom workflows to the agency's needs.
- Provide support to the internal Customer Support team with collaborative troubleshooting.
- Assist in development of all internal and external GIS documentation.
- Oversee and execute testing plans for new software enhancements and GIS-related warranty items.
- Support and manage internal GIS environments.
- Contribute to special projects, research, and other assignments.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise products.
- SQL and SDE database management experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and industrious attitude.
- Be available for travel to Divisional headquarters, conferences, or customer sites up to 25%
- Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- High proficiency in MS Office suite
