Description

Responsibilities
  • Act as the GIS single point of contact for assigned new deployments beginning with initial GIS conference call through go-live support.
  • Collaborate with other technical services teams to build and configure new environments.
  • Train public safety agency staff on administration of the GIS system and adapt custom workflows to the agency's needs.
  • Provide support to the internal Customer Support team with collaborative troubleshooting.
  • Assist in development of all internal and external GIS documentation.
  • Oversee and execute testing plans for new software enhancements and GIS-related warranty items.
  • Support and manage internal GIS environments.
  • Contribute to special projects, research, and other assignments.

Qualifications
  • High proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise products.
  • SQL and SDE database management experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills and industrious attitude.
  • Be available for travel to Divisional headquarters, conferences, or customer sites up to 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite
