Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business acumen, financial planning expertise, and hands-on project delivery skills.

This role requires strong leadership, roadmap planning, and change management abilities to drive success across complex, cross-functional, and multi-vendor projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic project roadmaps, aligning goals with business priorities and long-term objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure effective cost management.
  • Partner with finance teams for ROI analysis, reporting, and benefit realization.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, and operational teams to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Manage relationships within a multi-vendor ecosystem, ensuring effective coordination and delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project and financial risks, maintaining compliance and governance standards.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and financial summaries.
  • Support business case development, including cost-benefit and resource planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or Management (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in business project management, preferably in insurance, financial services, or consulting.
  • Proven track record in project financial management budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong experience in roadmap planning, governance, and change management.
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor projects within a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred.
