Overview:

Capgemini s Financial Services Global Business Unit is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to lead strategic growth and delivery for a marquee account in the consumer banking and financial services sector. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on transformation, cloud, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth
Drive portfolio growth with a focus on Cloud, Digital, and Transformation solutions.
Shape and close deals aligned with account and business unit objectives.
Target substantial annual revenue growth (aspirational, aligned with account strategy).

Client Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships.
Influence client decisions on engagement models and solution strategies.

Delivery Oversight
Lead large-scale programs from inception to completion.
Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects, aligning with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate across service lines and competency centers to ensure seamless execution.

Domain Expertise
Deep understanding of consumer banking and financial services domains, including digital banking, lending, and member/customer experience.
Align engagement objectives with evolving client business needs.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales and delivery-led roles within IT consulting or financial services.
Proven success in managing large portfolios and delivering complex transformation programs.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience working across global delivery models and cross-functional teams.
