Now Hiring: HR Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)


Are you a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join a dynamic, collaborative team. Position Details

  • Title: HR Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)


  • Schedule: Full-time





What You'll Bring

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred


  • Company is open to entry-level candidates, ideally with around 1 year of experience in a corporate HR administrative or assistant role. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus.


  • Prior experience with HR administration highly preferred


  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)


  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (strongly preferred)


  • Familiarity with FMLA, PFMLA, USERRA, ADA is a plus


  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion





What You'll Do

  • Support new hire onboarding and offboarding processes


  • Maintain compliance with I-9, leave administration, and HRIS data entry


  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions


  • Coordinate with vendors on benefits, leaves, and contingent worker processes


  • Generate reports, maintain HR records, and support internal audits


  • Help track employee referrals, background checks, and job postings


  • Provide administrative support across HR, Benefits, and Payroll


  • Contribute to special HR projects and continuous process improvement
