Job Overview:
The Information Security Analyst will monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard information assets from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. This role involves providing technical and administrative support for the modification, design, and setup of applications and user security. The analyst will evaluate and resolve security-related problems, advise users on security issues, and work collaboratively across multiple business units. This position is based in Cayce, South Carolina, and will focus on integration efforts between Dominion Energy and the former SCANA corporation. Flexibility and adaptability are critical in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard information assets.
- Provide technical and administrative support for application and user security setup.
- Evaluate and resolve security-related issues and advise users on security best practices.
- Manage Microsoft Active Directory security groups, user and system accounts, and file share security.
- Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system for incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple security domains and business units.
- Develop and implement solutions using scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python.
- Document processes and communicate effectively using MS Office products, including Teams.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Information Security Analyst using Active Directory.
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Teams.
- Knowledge and use of scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner who follows established procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and FERC code of conduct requirements is a plus.
