Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to design, implement, and support treasury, cash, and risk management solutions. The role involves working closely with finance, treasury, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, improve processes, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and support of SAP TRM functionalities within S/4HANA Finance.
• Configure and customize TRM modules, including:
• Transaction Manager (Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Securities, Derivatives)
• Risk Analyzer (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Portfolio Analyzer)
• Cash and Liquidity Management
• Hedge Management and Accounting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Integrate TRM with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, FSCM, and external banking systems.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Support data migration and cutover activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and corporate governance policies.
• Provide ongoing system support, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Stay updated on S/4HANA TRM innovations and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP TRM implementation/support, with at least 1–2 full-cycle projects in S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, market risk, and financial instruments.
• Hands-on experience with Fiori apps for TRM in S/4HANA.
• Understanding of integration with Bank Communication Management and In-House Cash.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks in treasury functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in Treasury and Risk Management.
• Experience in corporate treasury within a multinational organization.
• Knowledge of Treasury APIs and third-party banking integrations.
• Exposure to advanced analytics tools for treasury reporting.
