Position Maximo Application Support Consultant

Location Houston, TX

Position type - Long Term Contract

Job description:

Provide day-to-day support for IBM Maximo users, addressing incidents, service requests, and technical issues.

Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot application problems, and implement permanent fixes.

Configure, customize, and enhance Maximo modules to meet evolving business requirements.

Develop and maintain integrations between Maximo and other enterprise applications.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for stability and efficiency.

Support patching, upgrades, and new version deployments.

Document system changes, configurations, and support processes.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Ensure compliance with IT service management (ITSM) standards and change control processes.

Provide training and guidance to end users to enhance adoption and system usage.
