Mid-Level UX Designer (CRM-Focused) Job Description

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Role: Mid-Level UX Designer (CRM & AI)


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 0 1 Product Design Experience:
    5 6 years designing end-to-end digital experiences from concept to launch within AI-enabled or CRM-based products.
  • Salesforce UX Principles:
    Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and enterprise CRM UX best practices.
    Note: Designers should be pre-trained in SLDS2 to ensure efficiency from Day 1.
  • Sales Lifecycle Awareness:
    Experience designing intuitive interfaces for Quoting, Billing, and Invoicing processes.
  • User Research & Storytelling:
    Conducts interviews, usability testing, and translates insights into UX narratives.
  • Systems Thinking in UX:
    Connects cross-system user journeys to develop scalable, coherent design frameworks.
  • Data-Informed Design:
    Uses behavioral analytics and data to validate design decisions.
  • Documentation & Communication:
    Creates clear design specs, prototypes, and interaction guidelines for engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Works closely with Product and Engineering to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Curiosity & Critical Thinking:
    Challenges assumptions and drives innovation grounded in data and empathy.
  • Cultural & Team Contribution:
    Advocates for inclusive design and fosters collaborative feedback-driven culture.
