Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Business CPQ Consultant to join our team and lead management consulting engagements, serving as a Solution Captain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex global business transformation programs from concept to delivery. They will possess deep expertise in emerging technologies. The Business CPQ Consultant will play a critical role in driving seamless customer experiences across digital channels and optimizing processes related to telecom billing, provisioning, order management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead management consulting engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Serve as a Solution Captain, providing strategic direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a Program Manager, overseeing project delivery, resource allocation, and budget management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Utilize expertise in emerging technologies to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Design and implement solutions for complex business challenges related to CPQ, sales, service, marketing, products, and pricing.
Leverage Salesforce and other SaaS solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Lead the development of web and mobile solutions to optimize customer experiences across digital channels.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in business transformation and technology integration.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex global programs from concept to delivery.
Strong understanding of telecom billing, provisioning, order management, and related processes.
Experience with CPQ, sales, service, marketing, products, and pricing.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other SaaS solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
