Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of HR transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors project lifecycle from initiation to go-live
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to gather and manage requirements
- Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Monitor project scope, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and deployment activities
- Ensure projects follow SAP and organizational best practices
