Title: Business Analyst with P&C Insurance domain Reinsurance
Location: NY, NJ, IL, GA or OH Onsite from Day 1
Duration: Long Term
Experience: 10+ Years
MUST HAVE: P&C Insurance domain, Reinsurance & Business Analysis
Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of P&C reinsurance (both ceded and assumed), including key terms and data flows
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Experience analyzing and STTM of reinsurance data for underwriting and claims
Understanding of Reinsurance output such as reinsurance bordereaux, Schedule F and Schedule P forms, Cash calls, ceded premium, and loss data
Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and reconciliation in reinsurance
Data & Technical Skills
Ability to create BRDs, process flows, and use cases, and to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide detailed walkthroughs of system requirements, collaborate with technical teams, and manage complex scenarios
Experience working in Agile methodology and participating in Scrum ceremonies
Business Analysis & Project Delivery
Discuss and assess scope changes, perform impact analysis, and support UAT execution
Regularly coordinate with technical associates during project development to ensure business needs are met
Stakeholder Management & Communication
and external stakeholders during project implementations
Strong communication skills for collaborating with business and global technical teams
