Job Details

🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master / Agile Lead to manage and facilitate Data Warehouse (DW) projects within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, remove blockers, and drive Agile best practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide cross-functional technical teams to ensure efficient and timely DW project delivery
• Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team progress
• Partner with Product Owners, Program Managers, and Technical Leads to align priorities and goals
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
• Ensure cross-team alignment, dependency management, and backlog prioritization
• Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and risks using Jira and Clarity
• Support Agile execution for Cloud Data Warehouse platforms, with preference for Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform)

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong experience as a Technical Scrum Master / Agile Lead
✔ Hands-on exposure to Data Warehouse projects
✔ Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies
✔ Experience with Jira, Clarity
✔ Cloud DW exposure (Google Cloud preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
