Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience and education)
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or other project management certifications
- Seven (7) years of experience as a project lead in technology projects involving multiple computer subsystems
- Recent experience in large-scale website design/redesign with upgrades or conversions
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to be on-site as required by project needs and team activities
- Large-scale website design/redesign with upgrades or conversions
- Constituent or customer management systems involving creation, upgrade, or conversion
- Time tracking systems involving creation, upgrade, or conversion
- Implementation or remediation of security tools
- Mobile device management
- Master's degree in Business/Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMP, ACP, or other project management certifications
- Experience in IT program or project management
- Experience leading IT project management teams
- Experience with vendor management and software implementation/upgrades
- Experience working with public sector organizations
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools
- Excellent customer service and business relationship communication skills
