This company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Irving, TX. Required Skills And Experience
  • 4-6+ years of full-stack development with C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
  • Front-end development with Angular and/or React (TypeScript preferred)
  • 2-4+ years of experience with Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, B2C)
  • Deep experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, YAML, release management)
  • Proficient in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and working with JWT tokens
  • Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and/or IAM experience required
  • Hands-on experience with authentication tokens, claims, and authorization flows
  • Familiarity with identity providers (Azure AD B2C, Okta, Auth0, PingIdentity)
Nice To Have
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Experience with CIAM-specific features, like consent management, progressive profiling, or identity federation
  • Knowledge of security standards like FIDO2, PKCE, or SCIM
  • Event-driven architecture using Azure Service Bus or Event Grid
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates)
  • Understanding of financial industry compliance (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS)
  • Working knowledge of monitoring/logging tools like Application Insights, Splunk, or ELK
  • Experience with feature flagging and release strategies (e.g., Azure Feature Management, LaunchDarkly)
  • Performance optimization and caching strategies (e.g., Redis, memory cache)
  • Unit testing with xUnit/NUnit and mocking frameworks like Moq
  • Soft skills: mentoring junior developers, cross-team collaboration, and presenting technical concepts clearly
What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable CIAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and OAuth/OpenID integrations
  • Develop and maintain features for web, mobile, APIs, and data-driven applications using modern .NET technologies
  • Participate fully in Agile Scrum practices, including sprint planning, peer reviews, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to test automation, quality assurance, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a production-first mindset focused on reliability and scalability
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure security, performance, and compliance are integrated from development through deployment
  • Drive improvements in DevOps workflows, cloud implementations, and team delivery speed through experimentation and automation
  • Implement best practices in identity management, secure coding, and role-based access control
  • Continuously invest in learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to help the team meet its goals
  • Support migration to cloud environments (primarily Azure), including infrastructure automation and monitoring
