Sapphirs Cafe is a modern, cozy cafe concept offering premium coffee and baked goods. Sapphirs Cafe serves as both a lifestyle destination and a welcoming community space. We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef/Baker to lead our pastry production and help shape the culinary identity of the caf.
Job Summary:
The Pastry Chef/Baker will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, croissants, breads, desserts, and specialty baked items. This role requires expertise in lamination, recipe execution, and maintaining consistency in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently while maintaining high production standards.

Required Qualifications (Experience Not Required) :
* Passion for baking, pastry creation, and working in a professional kitchen environment.
* understanding of baking techniques (mixing, shaping, proofing) or willingness to learn.
* Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency once trained.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
* Ability to work independently and stay organized during production.
* Willingness to work night or early morning shifts based on production needs.
