A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Full Stack Developer
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Location: Minneapolis MN 55420 Hybrid
Role Overview: Senior Full Stack Developer Azure & Next.js
We re on the hunt for a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of backend brilliance and frontend finesse. If Java, Spring Boot, and Microsoft Azure are your playground and Next.js is your canvas this is your stage to shine.
In this pivotal role, you ll architect and engineer next-gen web and mobile solutions that power our connected product ecosystem. From designing scalable microservices in Azure to building intuitive user interfaces with Next.js, you ll be shaping the future of our cloud-native IoT platform.
What You Bring to the Table
Backend Mastery Java, Spring Boot & Azure
- 8+ years of hands-on backend development, with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience building robust APIs and microservices in Azure environments.
- Skilled in Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and more.
- Strong grasp of identity management using Azure AD B2C and OAuth.
- Experience with serverless architecture, event-driven systems, and messaging tools like Event Grid and Service Bus.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (AKS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Azure Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Frontend Excellence Next.js & React
- Advanced skills in building modern, responsive web apps using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Passion for crafting accessible, high-performance UIs.
- Experience integrating frontend with Azure-hosted backend services.
- Expertise in secure authentication flows including SSO and token-based auth.
Cloud & Architecture Know-How
- Deep understanding of Azure s compute, storage, networking, and security landscape.
- Experience with multitenant SaaS architectures and cloud-native design patterns.
- Skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and monitoring best practices.
Security & Compliance
- Strong command of Azure security principles and access management.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA.
Performance & Optimization
- Proven ability to monitor and fine-tune backend performance in Azure.
- Skilled in diagnosing bottlenecks and ensuring high availability.
Bonus Points
- Azure certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer Associate) or Java/Spring Boot credentials.
- Experience with Azure IoT Suite (IoT Hub, DPS, Time Series Insights).
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Exposure to SaaS billing and subscription management.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $90.00 - $94.48 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
