Salesforce Engineering Manager (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to join a pioneering fintech company for a direct hire position in Scottsdale, AZ. The Salesforce Engineering Manager oversees one or more Salesforce engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid working 3 days onsite)

This job expects to pay about $140,000 160,000 annually plus 10% bonus.

What You Will Do:


  • Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and industry-standard security, governance, and performance guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members and foster a culture of inclusion and learning.
  • Collaborate with other engineering managers, product managers, business analysts, and end users to deliver high-value solutions to our customers, consumers, and users.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate new tools and frameworks for future adoption.
  • Supports the company s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity of systems and data.

What Gets You The Job:


  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
  • Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data migration.
  • Experience with managed packages and other 3rd-party Salesforce components.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools, such as VS Code, SFDX, Git, CI/CD, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce products and features, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, etc.
  • One or more Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools preferred.
  • UI/UX development experience based on Salesforce Experience Cloud preferred.
