Job Details
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, development, and integration efforts across multiple modules, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and compliant platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple business units.
- Lead configuration, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow core modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Discovery, and more.
- Drive implementation and optimization of ITOM, CSDM, and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, MID Servers, and orchestration tools.
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and governance for developers and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct platform assessments and recommend improvements to maximize performance, stability, and usability.
- Ensure all solutions follow architectural standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
