Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic IT initiatives. He will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs that involve IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical depth, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
This person would be expected to create a wow factor for seamless execution & delivery of all projects and develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders. PM should be able to coordinate/collaborate with the internal teams and as well as external customer teams on Project delivery on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the full lifecycle of complex IT programs including system upgrades, migrations, infrastructure deployments, and integrations.
- Work closely with IT architects, developers, operations, and security teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security standards.
- Identify program risks and create effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop project documentation, timelines, resource plans, and status reports.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, reviews, and stakeholder meetings to track progress and remove roadblocks.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers when required.
- Lead Agile ceremonies where applicable (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, standups).
- Monitor and report KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in IT program delivery.
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with customer to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Make certain that customers needs are met as the project evolves
- Help prepare project proposals, timeframes & schedule
- Monitor and track project s progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, & plans
- Issue all appropriate documentation in a timely manner
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project Management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
15+ years of experience managing IT programs or projects, especially in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise IT systems.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), networks, data centers, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficient with program/project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
