This company is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience in iCIMS to support and optimize their talent acquisition systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to enhance recruitment workflows and system integrations. Required Skills And Experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience
- Over 5 years of experience supporting or managing HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, UKG, or Workday
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and recruitment process workflows
- Hands-on experience with configuring, testing, and launching system features and updates
- Strong skills in data reporting, analysis, and interpreting metrics
- Experience working with system integrations and API-based connections
- Proven ability to manage projects and stay organized in fast-paced environments
- Effective communicator with a talent for simplifying complex technical information for broader audiences
- Demonstrated success in guiding change initiatives and facilitating user training sessions
- Solid understanding of compliance standards and data security in HR systems
- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
- Experience administering and configuring the iCIMS platform
- Background in HR tech implementation or system upgrades
- Familiarity with integrating ATS with HRIS, payroll, or background check systems
- Knowledge of SSO, user roles, and system security settings
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to agile project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Work experience in mid-to-large organizations with complex HR systems
- Configure, support, and improve HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, UKG, Workday) to align with business needs and improve user experience
- Oversee system maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal impact on operations
- Create and maintain documentation, including process guides, configuration records, and training content
- Review and assess HR workflows to recommend enhancements through automation and technology improvements
- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to gather needs and implement system solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day technical support for HR technology platforms
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to aid in business and HR decision-making
- Manage user roles, access levels, and ensure systems comply with internal security and data privacy standards
- Liaise with software vendors for issue resolution, system enhancements, and routine updates
- Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration and accurate data exchange across systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data
- Train and support end users on new features, system updates, and best practices
