Baer is looking for Oracle Business Systems Analyst Health & Safety for a 9+ month remote project
Title: Oracle Business Systems Analyst Health & Safety
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2
Description:
- Lead the analysis of H&S business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and system walkthroughs to capture and document business needs.
- Design and propose Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions that align with program goals.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and adoption.
- Conduct functional testing, validation, and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations.
- Previous involvement in large-scale, complex Oracle programs.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
