Our client is looking for a hands-on Oracle Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules to support our organization's transition from NAV to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
In this post go-live support role, you'll serve as a Tier 2 contact working directly with business users to resolve issues, troubleshoot process problems, and ensure Oracle is being used to its full potential across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
This role is about understanding how the system works, not how to build it. You won't be coding or configuring integrations you'll be the person people turn to when they need answers and functional insight.

What you'll do

Serve as a functional point of contact for Oracle SCM (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, MRP) issues escalated beyond the internal help desk

Support users across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics by helping troubleshoot transactional or process-based system issues

Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and ensure effective system usage

Partner with IT and Oracle implementation partners to support business process optimization

Trace issues to root cause (e.g., "Why didn't this PO generate? ) and guide users through system navigation and resolution

Document common issues, provide internal training, and help teams become more confident using Oracle Fusion
What you bring

5+ years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst, ideally supporting Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS SCM modules

Functional understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes

Experience with post go-live support and system troubleshooting in a production environment

Familiarity with Oracle processes such as P2P, inventory transactions, receiving, and work order planning

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with users

Prior experience in manufacturing or Client environments is strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Where you'll work
This position is based in Milwaukee, WI, at a modern food manufacturing and office facility that integrates production, technology, and corporate operations.
This is primarily an on-site role, as in-person collaboration is essential for team engagement and project success. Flexibility for occasional remote work may be available when business needs allow.
You may also provide support to other Wisconsin-area manufacturing locations to ensure seamless system operations and business continuity.
