Role: AI/ML Lead
Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite Local Only)

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Lead to drive innovation and boost infrastructure productivity by designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions. This role emphasizes building agentic AI systems that automate workflows, enable intelligent decision-making, and enhance productivity across engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development: Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models for infrastructure monitoring, utilization, and automation.
Agentic AI Systems: Lead design of autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step decision-making with minimal human input.
SDLC Integration: Embed AI/ML solutions into CI/CD pipelines, version control, and project management tools.
Data & MLOps: Develop data pipelines, implement MLOps practices, and manage continuous deployment/retraining of models.
Productivity Gains: Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and measure impact on business KPIs.
Collaboration: Partner with engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and product teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s in CS, AI, ML, or related field.
5+ years in AI/ML engineering with production deployment experience.

Required Skills

Strong Python skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering (Zero-Shot, Few-Shot, CoT).
Solid knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel, etc.
Experience with RAG / CRAG, NER, Graph DBs (Neo4j), and prototype tools (Streamlit, Gradio).
Cloud experience (AWS AI/ML services).
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Tools: Git, JIRA, Confluence.
