Title: SAP HANA Finance Lead
Location: San Jose, CA

Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned SAP HANA Finance Lead with 15 20 years of experience to drive end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP Finance, strong leadership capability, and a proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs for major global enterprises.
  • Experience working with leading consulting firms such as Accenture, Infosys, or similar large integrators is highly preferred.
  • Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, from solution design to deployment.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define architecture, processes, and integration strategy.
  • Oversee project governance, delivery quality, and issue resolution.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP Finance best practices, configuration, and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules.


Qualifications:

  • 15 20 years of SAP Finance consulting/implementation experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO).
  • Strong background working in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience at top consulting firms is a plus.
