Duration: 7+ Months
Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Front End Developer (Java Script, HTML, CSS), you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Work with the team to translate work into pixel perfect HTML/CSS/JS
Help manage projects through the design, development, and QA
Work with a variety of CMS, ecommerce systems, and framework
Code software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers
Standardize the quality assurance procedure for software
Oversee testing and develop fixes
Work on progressive redesign and maintenance projects that have an immediate impact on how our customers experience our brand every day
Develop new user-facing features
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Participate in code review
Enable and configure all necessary plugins to power the site's functionality
Identify blockers and apply creative solutions within company guidelines
Stay on top of current trends in web development
Qualifications:
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 5 to 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a front end development
Certain degree of creativity and latitude required
Typically reports to a project leader or manager
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent.
