About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Epic Patient Experience Analyst to lead and optimize our digital patient engagement and contact center technology initiatives. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across multiple patient-facing channels and ensure a seamless digital experience.
This role requires hands-on experience with Epic s Patient Experience modules including Cheers, Welcome, MyChart, and Hello World and proven expertise integrating Epic with third-party contact center tools such as Talkdesk, Genesys, or Nuance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, build, configuration, and optimization of Epic modules: Cheers (Contact Center & Campaigns), Welcome, MyChart, and Hello World.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for patient-facing digital engagement, contact center workflows, and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to enhance patient digital journeys and targeted communication strategies.
- Oversee integrations and ensure optimal performance of third-party tools.
- Plan and execute upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in Epic project meetings, maintain stakeholder communications, and contribute to strategic planning for digital patient experience innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of Epic experience, including 2 3 years of Epic Cheers experience.
- Mandatory Epic Certifications: Welcome, MyChart, Hello World, and Cheers (including Campaigns).
- Strong background in digital patient engagement, contact center workflows, and communication platforms (SMS, email, live chat, phone).
- Hands-on experience integrating Epic with Talkdesk, Genesys, or Nuance.
- Proven success in implementation, optimization, and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
