Pay: $85,000 - $100,000

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires strong experience in planning testing, coordinating code releases, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and leading Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Lead the planning and execution of test strategies and coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Oversee and coordinate code release planning, ensuring smooth deployments with minimal disruption.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data, validate outcomes, and support business decisions.
• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience in test planning and coordination.
• Proven basic experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with code release processes and deployment coordination.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience leading Scrum events.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

• Salesforce business analysis experience
• Experience working on Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
• Small company experience - no large enterprise backgrounds
