Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead
Location : Rocherster, NY Onsite (Locals needed)
Required Qualifications:
Must have Oracle Certification in one ore more of the modules.
Must have a minimum of three full-cycle implementation experience or have provided applications support in at Payroll and Time and Labor.
Must be familiar with how HCM Core, Absence, Time & Labor and Benefits impact Payroll processing.
Must be familiar with statutory requirements and Oracle functionality to meet them.
Must have excellent analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.
Must be authorized to work in the Canada.
Must be able to work from our clients offices on a regular basis, as needed.
Must have great interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor and a positive attitude.
Must be willing to work longer hours when needed for the projects.
Must be Fluent in English spoken and written.
Job responsibilities:
Ability to relate to the clients business and understand their business processes.
Conduct requirements workshops independently with clients.
Documenting business related requirements.
Solutioning the requirements using Oracle HCM Payroll Applications.
Research and provide solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills.
