3. Excellent communication skills and strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment
4. Biotech / pharmaceutical / GxP industry or experience in highly regulated environment

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop simplified instructional materials for online courses that will enhance staff comprehension, compliance and inspection readiness for clinical trials.
Create and/or revise interactive storyboards, simulations and multimedia elements that enhance learning experience.
Ensure all instructional content is aligned with learning objectives, design principles and best practices for online learning utilizing appropriate instructional design models.
Manage project timelines and coordinate with project team to ensure timely delivery of all course materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers to meet project goals.
