Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Data Analyst with hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, and possess strong statistical and problem-solving skills to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQLand Excel for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableauand Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and ability to apply them to real-world problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings in a clear, actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data manipulation, querying, and analysis using Exceland SQL.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableauand Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Apply statistical methods and logical thinking to derive actionable insights and address complex business problems.
• Clean, organize, and prepare raw data for analysis, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Handle data quality issues such as missing values and duplicates using appropriate techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus.
• Exposure to data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is desirable.
