Job Title: Enterprise Data Integration Architect (Top-Down)

Location Remote

Contract - W2

Must - Pharma Industry.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
Develop and evangelize a comprehensive data strategy aligned with McKesson s pharmaceutical business objectives.
Data Architecture & Governance:
Collaborate with data architects and data governance teams to define scalable, secure, and interoperable data frameworks that support analytics and AI/ML.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to identify data-driven opportunities, translate business capability needs into data domain roadmaps, and ensure alignment across IT functional areas.
Innovation & Enablement:
Lead initiatives to modernize data platforms, integrate data sources, and enable advanced analytics use cases. Develop architecture diagrams and technical blueprints for multi-system environments.
Pharma Domain Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmaceutical data including drug distribution, specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, and regulatory data standards.
Metrics & Impact:
Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data strategy initiatives and communicate value to executive stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related field. PhD or MBA preferred.

Experience:
10+ years in data strategy, data architecture, or analytics leadership roles.
5+ years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven success in leading cross-functional data initiatives at scale.

Skills:
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data ecosystems and regulatory requirements.
Expertise in data modeling, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and modern data stacks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with AI/ML, real-world evidence, and data monetization strategies.
