Key Requirements:
End-to-End Product Development Experience :
The ideal candidate must have experience working on a product from its inception to completion, including:
Gathering and documenting requirements.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define the product vision.
Conducting thorough analysis of business processes and workflows.
Designing solutions that align with business goals.
Supporting development teams during implementation.
Ensuring successful deployment and post-launch support.
Agile Methodologies :
Proficiency in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is mandatory.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver incremental value in a fast-paced environment.
Technical and Analytical Skills :
Strong understanding of compliance-related systems and processes (e.g., regulatory reporting, risk management).
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for project management and documentation.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, QA engineers, and senior leadership.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.

A track record of successfully delivering at least one product end-to-end.
Deep understanding of compliance-related challenges and solutions.
Hands-on experience in Agile environments, preferably in a regulated industry like finance, healthcare, or legal services.
