Own end-to-end release processes for assigned applications across multiple release types (e.g., Integrated, BAU, Monthly, Re-platform).
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, TI, DevOps, and Business teams to plan, coordinate, and execute releases.
Define release scope, negotiate priorities, and maintain release calendars.
Ensure readiness through code reviews, testing oversight, environment validation, and deployment coordination.
Lead weekend release execution when required, including stakeholder communication and issue triage.
Manage change control processes, perform risk/impact analysis, and ensure compliance with internal release governance.
Prepare and manage release documentation including implementation plans, communication schedules, and support models.
Track and resolve post-release issues; conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and lessons learned.
Drive process improvements and identify operational risks and efficiencies.
Mentor new team members and contribute to overall release operations maturity.
Required Experience:
10+ years in Release Management, Change Management, or similar roles.
Proficient with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy) and enterprise release/change governance.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple releases and applications simultaneously.
Experience with production support and risk mitigation planning.
