Job Details

This role open in mentioned locations: Plano, Richmond, Charlotte, Pennington

  • Own end-to-end release processes for assigned applications across multiple release types (e.g., Integrated, BAU, Monthly, Re-platform).

  • Collaborate closely with Development, QA, TI, DevOps, and Business teams to plan, coordinate, and execute releases.

  • Define release scope, negotiate priorities, and maintain release calendars.

  • Ensure readiness through code reviews, testing oversight, environment validation, and deployment coordination.

  • Lead weekend release execution when required, including stakeholder communication and issue triage.

  • Manage change control processes, perform risk/impact analysis, and ensure compliance with internal release governance.

  • Prepare and manage release documentation including implementation plans, communication schedules, and support models.

  • Track and resolve post-release issues; conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and lessons learned.

  • Drive process improvements and identify operational risks and efficiencies.

  • Mentor new team members and contribute to overall release operations maturity.

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in Release Management, Change Management, or similar roles.

  • Proficient with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy) and enterprise release/change governance.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple releases and applications simultaneously.

  • Experience with production support and risk mitigation planning.
