Job Description-

Techno/Functional SAP Analyst

The goal of this effort is to build, test, and release a fully functioning SAP Onboarding 2.0 module, including both basic and custom functionality. For the project to be considered a success, it will deliver a solution that meets the following criteria:

  • Be fully integrated into the existing environment,
  • Satisfy all in-scope requirements including standard Onboarding 2.0 functionality as well as additional processes/functionality requested and approved by the business stakeholders,
  • Contain all the functionality currently available and in-use in SAP Onboarding 1.0 module,
  • Include integration with 3rd party software, such as OnBase and Qlik,
  • Offer extensive system documentation and training materials,

The project will be run on a Hybrid model, with a predominantly Waterfall approach, but will also include several elements of the Agile model, e.g. ongoing stakeholder involvement and a detailed backlog.

The required skills and abilities

  • The selected individual must have proven experience with implementing Onboarding 2.0 using EC Mini Master and integrating with an external HRIS system (SAP).
  • Employee Central (EC) Mini Master component for building Onboarding 2.0 from scratch.
  • Thorough awareness of EC Mini Master limitations and effective strategies for overcoming them to meet business requirements.
  • Building integrations using SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI), or another comparable alternative.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, ONB, and transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to ONB.
  • OnBase and Qlik

Nice-to-have experience includes, but is not limited:

  • Event-triggered and manually initiated EC Mini Master data updates (e.g. updating EC Mini Master portlets with newly created data in SAP HCM).
  • PI/PO functionality.
  • APIs for integration with external software, e.g. OnBase.
  • SuccessFactors People Analytics, specifically Onboarding reporting.
