responsibilities:


  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of networks and systems through regular monitoring and proactive audits
  • Oversee major IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and planned outages with defined timeframes and minimal disruption
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
  • Manage IT budgets and resource allocation, providing regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring continued skills development
  • Evaluate, implement, and enhance software and hardware solutions to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support staff adoption of new technologies and tools
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Continuously identify ways to improve system performance, security, and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with internal and industry-standard security protocols


qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT systems and infrastructure, including a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle systems is required
  • Demonstrated success in managing IT operations within high-rate production or manufacturing environments
  • Solid background in networking, systems administration, and project management
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Adept at balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operations
  • Experience developing IT roadmaps and managing change in a fast-moving environment
