We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Desktop Support Technician to assist with a PC Lifecycle Replacement Project. This role will focus on imaging, deployment, and decommissioning of PCs, as well as providing hardware and software support during the refresh process.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Desktop Support Technician to assist with a PC Lifecycle Replacement Project. This role will focus on imaging, deployment, and decommissioning of PCs, as well as providing hardware and software support during the refresh process.
Key Responsibilities
- Image and deploy new PCs as part of the refresh project.
- Decommission old PCs and ensure proper data handling.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 systems and related applications.
- Assist with Active Directory tasks and Office 365 support.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the project lead.
Required Skills
- Windows 10 support and troubleshooting.
- Desktop support and hardware deployment experience.
- Imaging and refresh project experience (required).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when moving equipment.
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations (preferred but not required).
