Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Desktop Support Technician to assist with a PC Lifecycle Replacement Project. This role will focus on imaging, deployment, and decommissioning of PCs, as well as providing hardware and software support during the refresh process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Image and deploy new PCs as part of the refresh project.
  • Decommission old PCs and ensure proper data handling.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10 systems and related applications.
  • Assist with Active Directory tasks and Office 365 support.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the project lead.

Required Skills

  • Windows 10 support and troubleshooting.
  • Desktop support and hardware deployment experience.
  • Imaging and refresh project experience (required).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when moving equipment.
  • Flexibility to work at multiple locations (preferred but not required).

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
