We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled leader to drive the modernization of our Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure and services. This role will align closely with enterprise digital transformation goals, enabling scalable analytics, improved data quality, and operational excellence across critical healthcare domains.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in modern data platforms, RxClaim ETL processes, and advanced analytics, while also serving as a mentor and consultative partner to internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment & Capability Expansion:
    • Lead the modernization of BI infrastructure in alignment with enterprise digital and data strategies
    • Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, SQL, Python, and large language models (LLMs)
    • Expand analytics capabilities to support scalable, governed, and high-performing data environments
  • Support for Critical Initiatives:
    • Provide BI leadership for high-impact initiatives such as:
      • Issue and Quality Management: Enhancing visibility and responsiveness to operational issues
      • Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) Analytics: Identifying and reducing inefficiencies
      • BI Centralization: Building a unified and governed analytics ecosystem
      • Ensure data integrity and reliability through deep understanding of RxClaim ETL processes and healthcare data flows
  • Consultative & Team Development:
    • Act as a consultative resource to translate business needs into effective data solutions
    • Mentor and upskill team members in modern BI tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data quality, availability, and monitoring
    • Utilize ServiceNow for issue tracking, incident resolution, and workflow automation
    • Support proactive risk management and compliance reporting through robust data practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, and/or analytics leadership roles
  • Expertise in modern data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, SQL, Python
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or related BI dashboard platforms
  • Experience with Machine Learning
  • Experience with ETL processes and/or healthcare data environments
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Solid consultative, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and/or ServiceNow
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or regulated industries
  • RxClaim experience
  • .Net and/or C# experience
  • Experience in AI/ML development
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
