Job Details
A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Virginia is actively seeking a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join its growing Marketing Operations team.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work at least 2 days a week onsite at their Vienna, VA location.***
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns, collaborating with strategic partners
- Develop, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape creative direction, refine targeting strategies, and improve campaign performance
- Utilize data-driven insights from testing and analysis to optimize campaign results
- Partner with technical experts to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance marketing platform capabilities
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all campaigns
- Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven background in email campaign deployment and content QA
- Experience troubleshooting marketing platform issues in partnership with technical specialists
- Strong analytical skills with experience in testing and optimization strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Desired Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of HTML, SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce dynamic content tools (including AMPscript)
