Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors of Masters degree in a related field
- 12+ years in IT, and 6+ years in security
- Certifications such as CISSP/ISSEP, or in information security
- Deep understanding of industry standards and regulations (such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
- Proven ability to lead incident response and implement governance frameworks
- Hands on with network, application, and cloud security
- IAM and encryption technologies
Desired Skills & Experience
- Skilled communicator, experience collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams
- Experienced in building high performing security teams and establishing clear KPIs and metrics
- Experience managing and collaborating with external, third party vendors
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of the enterprise cybersecurity program to protect IT systems and data
- Manage security operations that include partnerships, incident response, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards and training programs that will enhance organizational security awareness
- Oversee business recovery plans, security audits, and continuous improvement through research and new technologies
