We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Tester Lead (Architect Level) with a strong background in database testing, ETL processes, and Tosca automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in automating ETL and database testing workflows, ensuring data integrity, and improving testing efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Data Warehouse testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Conduct database testing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain Tosca automation scripts for ETL and database testing.
• Collaborate with development, data engineering, and QA teams to understand requirements and test strategies.
• Troubleshoot data and workflow issues, document defects, and drive resolution.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ETL testing and database testing.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and test case creation.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca automation and other ETL/database automation tools.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data flows, and ETL tools.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and execute automated tests for ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or similar fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Exposure to performance and regression testing for data pipelines.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for test automation integration.
• experience in Data warehouse/BI testing.
