Network Administrator

Must already be local to the Sacramento area as an onsite interview will be required.

The candidate must have Cisco Associate-level experience, hands-on expertise with Cisco and non-Cisco routers and switches, experience with microwave radios and wireless access points.

• Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, voice gateways, access points, and microwave radio equipment.
• Support day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response.
• Assist with implementation of new projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processes.
• Work independently and collaboratively to support network availability and performance.

- Cisco Associate-level experience.

- Hands-on expertise with Cisco and non-Cisco routers and switches.

- Experience with microwave radios and wireless access points.

- Knowledge of the OSI model and Cisco three-layer hierarchical model.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexible and adaptable to new tools, technologies, and environments.

- CCNA certification is a plus
